Do you offer all ring sizes?
Yes. On the website we offer “standard” sizes, but our workshops can accommodate any ring size. Our artisan jewelers craft each piece with precision, ensuring a perfect fit on your finger.

Which metals do you use for your jewelry?
Our entire jewelry collection, including diamond solitaires, wedding bands, earrings and necklaces, is made in 18k gold or 950 platinum. Each piece is designed to ensure durability and timeless brilliance.
How do I find my ring size?
To help you choose the right ring size, we offer a free ring sizer, available on request. You can also visit one of our showrooms, where an expert can measure your finger and advise you on the ideal size.
How do I care for a gold or platinum piece?
To preserve the beauty and brilliance of your jewelry, regular cleaning is recommended. We advise having it checked in the workshop every two years for polishing and, if needed, rhodium plating. At home, simple cleaning with lukewarm water and mild soap is enough to remove impurities.
How to Care for and Clean Your Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry
How is your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is made to order in our workshops, in the finest tradition of Parisian jewelry-making. The manufacturing process involves several specialized artisans, such as the jeweler, the setter and the polisher.
Can I see visuals before production?
Yes. For our bespoke creations, we can provide 3D renderings as well as wax models so you can visualize and approve your piece before production.

What if I chose the wrong ring size?
If your ring, bracelet or necklace is not the size you wanted, we offer a resizing service to ensure a perfect fit.
In addition, your first polishing and rhodium plating are also complimentary to preserve the brilliance of your jewelry.

What if a pavé diamond falls out?
Although extremely rare, a pavé diamond can come loose following an impact or natural wear. Should this happen, we offer a replacement service, subject to the terms of our warranty.
Can I return a piece if it does not suit me?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the piece is in its original condition and has not been personalized.
Is your jewelry covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear or accidental damage.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, we offer a repair and maintenance service to extend the life of your jewelry. Contact us for more information.

Our jewelry is made to order, with a production time of 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery then takes 48 to 72 hours depending on your location.
Can you deliver urgently?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our jewelry to several countries. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, as production will have started, any changes become more complex.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer installment payment options to suit our clients’ budgets. You can pay in 3 or 4 installments. We also offer payment in monthly installments, subject to conditions. Contact our team for more details.
Can I purchase jewelry by phone?
Yes. You can purchase jewelry by phone wherever you are. Our team is available to advise you and guide you in your choice. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or another secure payment method.

Yes, if you are eligible, you can purchase jewelry tax-free without paying the VAT upfront. Simply provide the necessary documents, and our administrative team will take care of everything. You thus save the 20% French VAT.
